Our firm has provided economic consulting and expert witness testimony since it was founded in 1982 by Peter Formuzis, Ph.D. and Joyce Pickersgill, Ph.D., both tenured Professors of Economics at California State University, Fullerton. The firm became Formuzis, Pickersgill & Hunt, Inc. in 1995, when Tamorah Hunt, Ph.D. became a partner, and then Formuzis, Hunt & Lanning, Inc. in 2017, when Timothy Lanning, M.A. became a partner following Joyce Pickersgill’s retirement.
During the last 40 years, our forensic economists have provided expert witness testimony in well over ten thousand depositions, arbitrations and trial testimonies in both state and federal courts.
